  • Basmati rice
  • Chicken / mutton / vegetables (as preferred)
  • Onion
  • Oil or ghee
  • Water
  • Fresh coriander & mint (optional)
How to Cook

step 1

In a pan, add Nandhini Nellore Biryani Paste (full pack) along with 300 g meat or 250 g chopped vegetables. Add 300 g soaked basmati rice and mix well.

Add 350 g water and cook until you hear 2 whistles. After the whistles, let the cooker rest for 10–12 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Pairs perfectly with gravy or raita of your choice.
